What a wonderful Sunday! ♥️
We were invited by our dear friends, the Uchtdorfs, along with Greg and Darla, to attend the final session of General Conference of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.
Their daughter, Antje, like me, is the only girl in her family, so when we first met, there was an instant connection. It honestly felt like we had known each other forever!!! 🥰 We now call each other our “eternal sisters,” and I just adore her!
Before the final session began, her father, President Dieter F. Uchtdorf, and her darling mother, Harriet, came down to say hello. I could not love these two more. ♥️ They are truly such wonderful, kind, beautiful people.
In this third photo, from right to left, are my bestie, Antje 🥰; her daughter-in-law, Leslie; and, on the other side of me, Antje’s niece, Jasmine. 🥰 Such beautiful women inside and out!
All in all, Conference was wonderful! There were so many beautiful messages and reminders of what really matters in this life. I hope you were able to listen, but if you weren’t able to watch yesterday or today, you can always go to the Church’s website or app and listen to the talks whenever you have time.
I’m so grateful for days like this, for dear friends, and especially for the beautiful reminders of our Savior, Jesus Christ, and His love for each one of us. ♥️
